Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club has two very important Departments each designed to assist you with your Membership. Our Customer Service Department along with our V.I.P Services Department employs dedicated staff members from around the globe. Each staff member brings with them their own unique qualities and experience allowing the organization to provide and meet the needs of our international clientele.
The Customer Service Department is Managed by Jackie Bramhill & Eve Blackman and the Department is supervised by Stacey Smith and Vance Paul.
Our Customer Service Department is dedicated to providing LHVC Members with a personalized service that includes their own customer service representative, who will handle all of your booking requests including RCI, II and our exclusive International Travel Department.
The V.I.P Services Department is Managed by Nabila Meshur and the Department is supervised by Sylvia Klein and Oscar Hernandez.
V.I.P Services is dedicated to taking care of all our members requirements while on resort including transportation, international drinks delivery, golf carts, restaurant reservations, Ocean World Admission tickets, scheduling a BBQ in a villa, special events and more.
These trained professionals will visit our members daily in villas and call daily in all other accommodations to make sure that our members are receiving the V.I.P Service they expect and deserve.
